‘The Glastig’ is a small, cropped section taken from my grand-scale masterwork- ‘Edinburgh’. The entire artwork is 3 metres by 1.5 metres in size and took over 3000 hours to complete. This section depicts the Glastig or Green Maiden- a fierce fairy woman from Scottish mythology .
